Quite simply, we believe that to effectively solve the complex challenges of the transportation industry, all perspectives are valuable and essential – but today, women only make up 15 percent of the transportation workforce and even less at the CEO and C-suite level. The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America), The Ray, and WTS International have joined forces to create MobilityXX, which is committed to increasing the number of women in the transportation industry by 10 percent over the next 10 years.
